Capital Credit Union donates funds to dozens of worthy causes each year. We provide volunteers to countless local events and organizations. We do it because it's the right thing to do. And we do it because it makes us happy inside.
We're proud to give money, give time and give back to the communities we love. Are we making a difference? Just ask the United Way, Rape and Abuse Crisis Center in Fargo, Bismarck Library, Dakota Zoo and the dozens of other organizations we support.
- Our employees collectively spend hundreds of hours each year volunteering at community events.

- We make yearly donations to community events and non-profits in Fargo, Bismarck/Mandan, Hazen, Beulah and New Salem.
- As part of our company values, we strive to support events related to financial education in the communities we serve.
- Our employees pay for the privilege of wearing jeans on Fridays to help support many local organizations. We also support organizations such as the Bismarck Public Schools Foundation, Bismarck Library, Dakota Zoo, Mandan Rodeo Days, Urban Harvest, Sakakawea Medical Center, Dollars for Scholars, Knife River Care Center, Morton County Fair, Jump$tart, F5 Project and Fraser Ltd. Fargo.
Educating Our Communities
We take pride in enhancing financial literacy and education in the communities we serve. That's why we partner with AVID classes and sponsor the Capital Credit Union AVID Scholar Award at Bismarck Public Schools (BPS).
AVID is a rigorous and intensive college-prep class offered in grades 6-12 at BPS. It is for academically motivated students with a desire to excel in leadership and community service, students who want to gain access to college awareness and scholarships, and students traditionally underserved in four-year universities.
Capital Credit Union is a full-service financial institution with locations in Bismarck, Mandan, Fargo, Beulah, Hazen and New Salem, North Dakota.
