No purchase or payment necessary to enter or win this contest. A purchase or payment will not increase or improve chances of winning. Results of the contest are final in all respects. The contest is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.

Capital Credit Union contests and promotions are open to legal residents of the United States who, as of the entry date, are at least 18 years old, unless otherwise specified. Employees, board members and their immediate family members are not eligible. Capital Credit Union has the right to require potential contest winners to show proof of identity and eligibility.

Entries will be accepted during the dates and times outlined in the contest disclosures.

Limit one entry per person. Duplicate accounts and entries will be disqualified. Use of any automated entry software is prohibited.

The contest prize will consist of the item described in the contest details. Prize pick up will be arranged with the winner of the contest or promotion. Prize will be forfeited if not picked up within 60 days from the date the winner is contacted. Winner will be solely responsible for any other unspecified costs associated with prize acceptance.

Following the close of the contest period, one (1) potential winner will be randomly selected from the online entry submissions unless otherwise specified by the contest rules.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

The entrant selected must comply with all terms and conditions of the contest/promotion, winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. Upon entering the contest/promotion, the entrant gives Capital Credit Union permission to contact them if they are selected. Each winner agrees to permit the Credit Union to use his/her name and likeness in promotional and other Credit Union materials, without additional compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law. Each winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes and any expenses associated with the prize. Prize may be subject to Internal Revenue Service Form 1099 reporting.

By entering the contest or promotion, each entrant agrees to these official rules. By entering this contest or promotion, each participant agrees to release and hold harmless Capital Credit Union, its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the drawing or receipt of the prize. Entrant further agrees that under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, any damages whatsoever, including without limitation punitive, consequential, direct or indirect, or any other damages. All issues and questions related to the drawings shall be governed and construed with the laws of the state of North Dakota. Capital Credit Union reserves the right to alter, suspend or terminate the contest or promotion at any time.

Contests or promotions held via social media are no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook and Instagram and release Facebook and Instagram from any and all liability arising from or related to a contest or promotion.
